These terms apply to jameszmapepa.dev and to every application served from a subdomain of it. They are personal projects built and run by James Mapepa, offered to a small number of people I know. By using one of them you agree to the points below.
What you get
The apps are provided as they are, free of charge, with no promise of uptime, support, or continued availability. I may change or shut down an app at any time. Where an app connects to a third-party service such as Google, that service's own terms also apply to your use of it.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. The data you put into an app remains yours. How it is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You may ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use an app to store or distribute unlawful material, to attack the service or anyone else's account, or in a way that breaks the law where you live. I may suspend access without notice if that happens.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or an app, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
